Welcome to the Newest Recipe Contest for Damascus Bakery. This is one everyone can enter. It’s a recipe contest for a Roll-up Sandwich, so bring on the creativity and fun of creating a great Roll-Up. Use any other ingredients you want and let us know what inspired you.
Just cut and paste this entry form into an e-mail, fill in your recipe and e-mail it to kae@insidesmallbiz.com and you could win a fabulous trip for 2 to a selection of 27 cities in the continental USA for 4 days/3 nights hotel accomodations. What a great prize for a fun recipe.

Rules
- No purchase is necessary.
- Contest is void where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
- Enter as often as you like but only one entry may qualify as a winner.
- If you are unable to enter through e-mailing kae@insidesmallbiz.com, your entry can be mailed in a separate envelope with the recipe category printed on the outside.
- Mail entries to: Food Contest, Inside Small Biz, 245 Butler Ave. Lancaster, PA 17601.
- Entries must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2008 or received via e-mail no later than 12 midnight, September 30, 2008.
- Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Damascus Bakery will not be responsible for mutilated or misdirected mail or non-delivered entries.
- All recipes become the property of Damascus Bakery. Entry constitutes permission to edit, modify, and publish and otherwise use the recipe in any way without compensation. Recipe contest participants may be alerted about other like recipe contests via e-mail from Recipe Contests or from Inside Small Biz.
Recipe Requirements
- Recipe must be original. An original recipe is the product of one’s own mind and is not a copy or imitation. If the recipe is derived from a previously published one, it must have at least three ingredients that are different, to qualify.
- Recipe must not have been submitted to another contest, promotional event, or for publication at any time.
- Recipe should use the Damascus Bakery brand products, whenever possible, and serve a minimum of four persons.
- Recipe must be entered via e-mail or typed or legibly printed on an 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper. Ingredients must be listed in order of use and in exact, standard U. S. measurements.
- Recipe must include: name of recipe, number of servings, your name, address, daytime telephone number and email address. Please give the store name and location where you shop for groceries.
Eligibility
- Contest is open only to individuals who are of age 18 or older.
- Professionals (such as chefs, home economists, anyone who has received career/professional/graduate culinary training or anyone who develops/creates recipes and/or food products for profit), directors and employees of Damascus Bakeries, its affiliated companies, contest sponsors, their agencies and families are not eligible.
Judging
- Recipes will be judged on taste, originality, ease of preparation and appearance.
- An independent judging committee of food professionals will select the winning recipe. Judges’ decisions are final.
- Judges will disqualify recipes, which to their knowledge are previously published recipes or previous national recipe winners.
- Judges will select one grand prizewinner.
- Winner will be selected by October 20, 2008, and notified by telephone. Letter of verification will follow in 10 days. Winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability.

Prize
- Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution of prize is allowed. Damascus Bakery reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value or provide cash equivalent.
Applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
